A Convenient Retreat
friendly staff daily happy hour clean room
The staff were consistently friendly and cute. I found the daily happy hour wonderful.. it was a homely retreat to return to after exploring. The room was clean and had all the facilities you would want.
I found locating the light switch tucked away behind the bed head to be a bit difficult.

The hotel is close to many solid restaurant options after a long day. It is also next to a huge selection of restaurants and a minute's walk away from the heart of the cbd.

The hotel features modern aesthetics and a stylish vibe. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary drinks hour in the lobby from 5-6pm, which allowed me to relax and chat with other guests .

fantastic staff drinks hour good location
the staff was amazing. mo , chrisina , the indonesian lady, and michael were fantastic and helpful in many different ways. drinks hour is a great way to meet other people. access to fitness first is really good.
outside noise was very loud , especially party happening at rydges next door. i found the pillows uncomfortable, resulting in terrible sleep.

the room had bose speakers and an apple tv. it had a nice space. i noted particular thought given to the toiletries supplied , around 25-40 words in total. wifi access and complimentary drinks during the hosted hour were available.

convenient location easy access nearby parks short walk
The hotel is near Crossley Street and Bourke Street making it ideal for accessing cafes, bookshops, and restaurants. I found the location very convenient for exploring the CBD and walking to Parliament Station. Parks are located nearby providing a pleasant route to Fitzroy. The free inner city tram on Bourke is a short walk away.
There was little storage space. The room contained few hangers.

The team members were friendly and helpful at all times . Staff readily offered useful suggestions about nearby places to visit. I appreciated the attentiveness demonstrated by the staff.

The hotel is situated on the edge of Chinatown near several theatres. It is a short distance from the Princess Theatre and Her Majesty's Theatre. Several wine bars and restaurants are in close proximity.
